Introducing the Customer Solutions Team
We have established a new Customer Solutions Team dedicated to resolving your housing and property services queries at the first point of contact. This team is here to provide you with the support and advice you need. Should you wish to speak to another member of staff, we have also implemented a new telephone call-back system. This system allows us to schedule a call with the relevant staff member at a date and time that is convenient for you.

New Chatbot Service
In addition to our Customer Solutions Team, we have introduced a chatbot on our website. This AI-powered assistant is available to respond to your inquiries and provide relevant information. While you will be interacting with an AI and not a person, the chatbot is designed to assist you effectively with your queries.
