Important Update: New Out of Hours Emergency Number for Tenants

We are pleased to announce an important update regarding our Out of Hours (OOH) emergency maintenance service. Effective from 17:00 on Wednesday, 19th June, tenants are advised to contact our new emergency number: 03301 233337.

This upgrade involves a change to the existing telephony numbers, and we will be activating a smart divert on the current alarm numbers to ensure a seamless transition. However, it is crucial to update your telephony system with the new number to maintain continuity of service.

What Constitutes an Out of Hours Emergency?

Out of Hours emergencies include situations such as:

Electrical failure

Complete loss of heating

Major leaks

Any defect that poses a risk to the health and safety of tenants or the public

Please note that an OOH operative will address the immediate safety concerns and make the emergency repair safe. A full repair will be carried out during regular working hours.
