Individuals or groups of people drinking alcohol together can sometimes lead to rowdy or disruptive behaviour. If the associated behaviour is of a criminal nature you need to report this to the Police immediately, you must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.
Once you have reported it to the Police, please either contact us by phone or by completing the online ASB form with the crime reference number and the officer’s name so we can make contact with them and work with them and agree the next steps.
If the behaviour has been ongoing, please complete our diary sheets with dates and times of the incidents and send these to us. You can do this by email, hand or by post.
We will review any information received in line with our ASB Policy and determine if a breach of tenancy has occurred. Your Housing & Customer Services Officer will keep you updated with any information you need to know about the incident you have reported and how we are progressing an investigation, if appropriate.
