Get Involved
Tenant Participation is an essential part of our work, and we continually seek to maximise opportunities to ensure that our tenants are meaningfully involved in shaping our services at an operational and strategic level.
The Benefits of Tenant Participation
We recognise that good tenant engagement can bring so many benefits, not only to our tenants, but to our own organisation and staff including:
- Improved service delivery;
- Better knowledge for both tenants and staff;
- Better communication and trust between staff and tenants;
- Better value for money- as the services being delivered meet the needs of our tenants;
- Informed and knowledgeable tenants;
- Increased job satisfaction for staff;
- Increased tenant satisfaction
Our Tenant Participation Strategy
Our Tenant Participation Strategy which was developed following consultations with our engaged tenants and tenants forum sets out our key goals for developing tenant participation opportunities over the next five years.

"We fully support tenant participation and two way engagement with Ark Housing Association. We feel that good communication and transparency can only be beneficial to both parties. We encourage involvement with ARK to enable them to identify the vulnerable and their particular needs"
