We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dedicated individual to join our organisation as Housing & Property Services Assistant. This is an office-based position and the successful candidate will be working out of our offices at 43 Stockman’s Way, Belfast BT9 7ET. Reporting to the Housing & Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, first point of contact, customer solutions across a wide range of customer service areas, in line with Ark Housing’s performance and customer service standards, and in accordance with our operational and strategic business plans.
